Ovary transplantation is used on a genetically valuable female such as a CRISPR-edited allele, transgenic allele, novel allele; that is not transmitting due to health complications. Ovary transplantation is an advanced reproductive technique, and NovoHelix does not provide a guarantee that the recipient will transmit the desired allele.  Session includes sedation, transfer into the bursal membrane of recipient, and breeding for F1's. Ovary transplants will be transferred into a minumum of two recipients.  Sessions include ovaries from one donor.  Additional sessions may be purchased to ensure highest probabilty of transfer if multiple donors are available.

 Piezo-actuated intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection with client-provided sperm for rescue of a mouse line includes up to 2 sessions.

 Rederivation of a mouse line from fresh sperm into a clean barrier facility by IVF. Client should provide 5 males (8-20 weeks old).

 Cryopreservation of mouse sperm from 2 males (sperm donors should be provided by client).  IVF and embryo culture to the blastocyst stage will be performed to determine cryorecovery rate.  The service will provide cryopreserved semen in 10 straws.

 5 years prepaid of cryopreservation storage for one mouse strain (up to 20 embryo straws and/or 30 sperm vials). Straws or vials will be stored in multiple locations as a precaution.

 Coordination of exportation of mice, germplasm, tissue, or cells to outside institutions from NovoHelix. Additional fees will incur for liquid nitrogen, dry ice, shipping container and courier.

 Processing business contracts, KOMP license payments, other agreements handling documents, communications and followup with campus, accounts payables, and IP agents.

 Members of the veterinary team are available to support special services. Recharge request is $225/hour per DVM
