Cryopreservation of mouse embryos derived from up to 2 sessions of IVF with client-provided donor females and cryoarchiving up to 300 embryos as heterozygous line. A fraction of embryos will be thawed and cultured to blastocyst stage to determine cryorecovery rate for quality control. Mouse embryo cryopreservation requires at lease 7 fertile males and 14 females (4-6 weeks) for 5 straws (20 embryos per straw).
